RETURN POLICY

Any Eligible item must be returned within 7 days of receipt. Please contact Velvet Sparkles before returning any items. Items preordered or custom made are not subject to a return or exchange

It is important that the consumer tracks the delivery to verify that this is accurate and error free. If any complaint, the customer should contact Velvet Sparkles and give information relevant and the reason for complaint.

Return Conditions

For logistics purposes, you can return the product via the same courier using a return waybill obtained from velvet sparkles. The product must be returned within 7 days of purchase and  be in new condition. If the product is ruined or used the product shall not be refunded.

Velvet Sparkles will make a refund of eligible returns. If you paid by bank transfer, we will need a bank account number to transfer the money back to. The easiest way is to e-mail it to us along with a brief description of your case.

Returning A Package

The easiest way to return a package is to do so via the same courier using the return waybill provided by Velvet Sparkles. The customer is responsible for return courier fees except in cases where the error is from Velvet Sparkles. You can also return your package to us using any courier of your choice.

E-mail us, provide your customer information, and tell us you will send back the product and the size you wish to receive in exchange. Please note this must be within 7 days of receipt unless earlier communicated. Any exchange outside of this will attract an admin fee.

Transport Damage

If the product is lost or you, upon receiving, notice that the item has been damaged during transport, you should immediately report this to us.
